Lili Wilkinson

Lili Wilkinson's first published piece was at the tender age of 13.  From there, she has gone on to publish an eclectic range of books from Angel Fish (CBCA Honour Book 2009) to Green Valentine (2015) and The Boundless Sublime (2016).  Her novels are intriguing, hilarious and delightfully different.

Lili has a PhD in Creative Writing from the University of Melbourne, and now spends most of her time reading and writing books for teenagers. She is one of ten presenting authors for our 2016 Celebrate Reading National Conference - Insights into Quality Australian Literature for Young Adults28-29 October.  This will be Lili's first visit to the Centre and we can't wait to get to know her off the page.
